If you like it....

...Put a ring on it!

Ring - ebay.co.uk

Here is my new Elizabeth & James style ring. I have been searching for one for ages and finally got one - YAY! Sorry for the poor quality of image I'm in the process of moving back home and have left my camera charger at university.

Daydreams....

A few images taken from various blogs (many you can see on my sidebar) that inspire me...

Christine Centenera is amazing in every way and is one of the many people whose wardrobe I would ADORE!

This is from the Stella McCartney Resort collection. I love the colour and the detailig, its beautiful. Stella McCartney never fails to make me love her designs, she manages to cover all the different areas that I love within fashion.

I've seen this picture on a few blogs. Everytime I fall in love with it.

This whole picture is amazing, as is the detailing on that dress.

Her hair <3

Rings on every finger... I'm starting to build up my collection.

I know its summer but I can't stop thinking about the coats from the Burberry A/W 2010-11 the leather and shearling pilot jacket style. I've seen that H&M will be releasing one and and Hobbs. I may have to start saving now!!!

Festivals, denim, studs, black... whats not to love?

Meeeeeoooooow!

The Catsuit... tres chic? or fashion faux pas?

The catsuit keeps cropping up in 2010. First J-Lo in the skin tight number at the beginning of the year and many musicians e.g. Lady Gaga and Rihanna have decided to venture out in catsuits. It seems super hero's are having a big influence.

The catsuit also appeared on many of the Fall/Winter 2010 runways e.g. Hermes.

And now Lindsay Lohan and ... Vera Wang have been spotted in Catsuits - this time both flared with a very 70's feel.

I'm still not decided on my view on catsuits... I don't think you will see me anytime soon wondering round in a skin tight catsuit. But we all love the play suit do we not?

What are we thinking? Catsuit, Hell No! or Hell Yes!

CFDA Awards

Here are my favourite outfits from the CFDA 2010 awards....

First off, my favourite two people in the world! Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen... Again managing to look unique and stylish in such an effortless way.

Rachel Zoe, another that never fails to disapoint. I absolutely love the blue, the texture and the shape!

Jessica Stam, one of my favourite models. The black dress with the sheer skirt seems to be becoming a massive trend... thanks to Chanel, non?

This Alexander McQueen dress is beautiful; the colour, the print and the colour! Halston and McQueen seem to be a favourite of SJP at the moment (Halston for obvious reasons).

Alexa Chung, I think if I saw this dress on myself it would be hideous but Alexa manages to make it stylish. I love the colour!

What were your favourite looks at the CFDA's?

Flutterby

I posted previously about the H&M Garden collection. I managed to buy both the dresses I wanted but have only managed to wear one so far.

Here are some pictures of me and my best friends (Ellen with the long ginger hair and Grace with the short giner hair and me in the H&M dress) We were on a night out for Ellen's boyfriends birthday and were messing around with the camera in the Girls bathroom, as you do! haha

What do you think? I felt like a butterfly with the long floating sleeves. It satisfies the Hippy in me. I am also wearing my new favourite nudge wedged shoes... I love them so much I'm going to try and get a pair in black aswell.

Met Gala 2010

I've stopped blogging for a while due to hectic university schedule with end of term assignments and examinations. They are still on going but I had to blog about the Met Gala.

A few of my favourite looks:

Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad; she looks amazing! I love the dress, the hair and the make up.

Nicole Richie in Marc Jacobs. Along with the Olsens she may be my ultimate style icon.. i think i love everything she wears.

Emma Watson in Burberry. Its no secret that Burberry is one of my favourite designers. She looks stunning here I love the entire look, I would have chosen different shoes perhaps.

Sarah Jessica Parker in Halston Heritage. I love the colour of this... she too looks stunning. I love the shimmery-ness of it too!

Chanel Iman in Michael Kors, I love this outfit although I'm not sure it suits the Met Gala but I like it all the same!

Zoe Saldana and Diane Kruger in Calvin Klein. I love the simplicty and elegance of these outfits. The white dress on Diane reminds me of one Ashley Olsen once wore.

Pictures from Style.com

There are more that I liked that I will add at another time. There were some that I liked but wasn't keen on some parts of the entire look and some that were just AWFUL.

What were your favourite looks at the Met Gala?

I've got a spring in my step...

(img: Fashion Canvas) - I love this image; this is how I want my hair to look! But i love this entire look.

Now, I know that Vanessa Hudgen's is not everyone's first style icon; but I do actually really like (most of) the outfits she wears. I mean she is stunning, I would love to have a dark skin tone; amazing brunette hair and just generally be amazingly beautiful! Recently there have been two looks that I have loved; they have that boho look to them (which I LOVE! I think I was a hippy in a past life).

Where can I find a hat like this? And also what colour would suit my fairer/blonder tone?

p.s. As this blog is mainly about inspiration I'm aiming to show you some images I have been saving over the past few months (from magazines, blogs and internet) that inspire me.

Miu Miu

I'm in love with Miu Miu's new collections!!! I've always loved the symbol of the swallow and have been umm-ing and errr-ing for a while now if I should get a tattoo of one?! So, it was pretty clear that I would love Miu Miu's prints! I'm in love with the shoes the most I think...

(images taken from style.com and http://teapartycrasher.blogspot.com/2010/02/miu-miu-ss10-madness.html )

The first two images are my fave pics from the A/W 10/11 season; the rest are from S/S 10 collection.

I went shopping today and went a bit mad in H&M eeeek! The Garden Collection is out and I managed to get the two dresses I wanted although the floral one I had to get in a much larger size as they were all sold out, just need to alter it a little!

Love Bea x
